With the outbreak of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, US sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran have been one of the main features of US foreign policy against Iran; But UN and other world sanctions against Iran in recent years have affected all aspects of Iranian life in different ways. In other words, the restrictions imposed by the sanctions on banking, transportation, insurance, trade, international transactions and investments have created many difficulties for Iran and have had a major impact on the country's economy. In this regard, the health care system is not safe from the bite of sanctions and has endangered the lives of many patients, so the article assumes that drug restrictions resulting from international economic sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran cause gross violations.
